This is very true Molly, and I appreciate your comments. The problem (s) are 1) Most people don’t realize that “Jenna” is computer software and the chat operators are probably telecommuters making minimum wage or commision on every report that they sell. People truly believe that it is “Jenna” in that chat. As I noted in my “She is all over the net like white on rice” entry, that chat “room” is open 24/7, and “Jenna” will answer no matter what time of day or night. So that right there should tell one that something is off kilter. 2) People want hope. Patricularly in this economically challenged time, and the teaser reports give one that hope. 3) If one does not buy the report right away, the following letters received from “Jenna” are filled to the brim with fear mongering techniques. Fear mongering is a sure fire red flag that the “psychic” or “astrologer” is a fraud.

I also have been receiving emails from this jenna. I have received over 7 emails so far over a period of 3 months (Dec 08-Feb 09) all asking for the fee and stating that I will not benefit from the “transit” if I dont get her full reading. I googled her after the first email so I simply ignored the others. I was however surprised to get another email from her AFTER the purported “transit period” stating that I had “unrealised potential” and this OTHER reading will help with that. I have never read about any one receiving these “after-transit” emails and it might be a new strategy being employed by them. I just wanted to let people know that these people seem to be evolving their strategy to seem genuine to the already suspicious. This scammer is VERY persistent and people need be more careful before using their cards.

i almost fell for it. almost a case of curiosity kills the cat. asked for the free reading and came the lst email we are all familiar with- the transit and all. i was quite persuaded as i didnt want to miss the good things that were ” coming my way ” like jenna tells us all. just as the so-called transit of mine was going to start i thought i had better not miss it despite my misgivings and my asking about the fees and credit card fraud. she never directly addressed my questions. oh but she really has the power of words. i actually filled in the form completely but when i was just about to click submit i stopped myself. “why is it so coincidental that my transit will start at this time. how come is it not over or years away. she can say that to call who contacts her”
common sense and logical thinking stopped me just in time. still she had me persuaded and thats when it struck me that i may find something about her in the net. sure enough i read that she’s a rip-off. yes, anything at all , google first. thank you all of you who exposed this scam.

The internet is a very resourceful tool however it can also present bad situations such as this. I’m just sooooooooooooo grateful for people that have taken a stand and provided this type of depth and detail so no funny no money!
