Musings from the Moon is Proud to Announce that…………

I welcome one and all! All one needs to do is fill out the registration, verify email and you are good to go!

No personal information is needed, though there is a “profile” section for you under “User CP” if you care to use it. There you can also make a signature that is your very own and will display every time you post – just take a look at one of my posts to see what the Moon is talking about.

I took the liberty of starting a few threads, so please take a look-see, respond and/or start a thread of your own.

I hope to engage in a lot more discussion in many more categories and current events that are possible with a blog alone – remember, debate with decorum is always encouraged

I really like the look of the forums, but I’m confused..we’re not allowed to discuss J&K+8? I thought that was the main purpose of the forums LOL.

Since so many people come to Musings blog proper to talk about J&K and many of those same people voiced that the probably would not be interested in the forums, I tried to strike a balance and keep J&K here on the blog and leave the forums open to the 1000s of other things we can talk about

I hope you understand my line of thinking in this and are not too terribly disappointed!

I just love it here – and the new look is SOOOO “Tarish.”
(I have eight siblings; a good Irish Catholic family. When we were growing up, my dad’s office was in the Jack Tar hotel in San Francisco. Anything that oozed wealth or rich-ness, we declared “Tarish” – for Jack Tar!! Anywho, from the first time I saw your site, I thought it was Tarish!)

Saw last night that there will be yet another Real Housewives show starting soon—–RHO……..New Jersey!! Can’t imagine but then I know nothing more about NJ than what the comedians have to say about it.

Damn! I don’t know what is wrong here. You know what, did you resister with the screen name “Nina”. Let me know the name and what I will try to do is delete you and then you can retry. Also try with another password. Just so everyone knows, like most sites in which one has to register, I don’t know passwords, they are absorbed, for that of a better word, in the program and are regenerated back to you through the program, but my web guy said when putting in passwords don’t cut and paste, type them out.

Did you register with the forums? You press the register button then you register then you will get a verification email. When that comes (it is quick) press the link and you are good to go.

If you already registered, are you cutting and pasting your password? If yes, please type it.

Also, once in, there is a button that you can press in which will keep you logged in always for lack of a better term. In other words, you won’t have to sign in with user name and password every time you come.

Do I need to use my email address as user name? I was going to switch to InSync, but got that message so plugged in Linda, but still got it.

I clicked on link above, then clicked register and entered name and I still get “You have specified an incorrect username. Please check your username and try again. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.”

When you click registers, you have to enter whatever screen name that you want to use and choose a password. Then you fill out your email address in the correct slot. YOu press submit and then you should get an email in your email box with a link. You press that and it verifies to the system that you have verified your email, that the email belongs to you. The link also takes you back to Musings Forums.

SOme people have been getting the email verification link in their spam as well, so look there if it doesn’t come into your box.

A glitch in my server/host? I am not sure and webboy (my web guy who is also my son, lol – he built my blogs, hubs site and the Musings Forums) is on a short spring break vacay at his previous university, so that is just a guess.

He will be back Saturday, hopefully, so we can work all of these things out, ’cause I am not a computer gal, that is for sure!

Will do and it is a screen name as far as I am concerned. It will be pretty damn hard for anyone to sock puppet on the forums do to how they are constructed, but I am sure people will try. They will find out soon enough that they can’t.

Damn, went to sign up. Can’t use my “cj” name – too short. Had already thought of a password – also too short. Had a long day at work & my brain refuses to work. Maybe tomorrow I’ll be able to combine more than five letters. Just not gonna happen tonight Have tomorrow off, this will be the first Saturday since the beginning of January. Not yet. He was supposed to be home today, but stayed another day with his friends as the younger set is prone to do. I should just be grateful as this is his spring break and all he did was go see friends from his previous university. He is not much of a spring break type (thank goodness!)
