Musings from the Moon Pet Parade~ Introducing Jasmine and Elvis! (Smallfry’s Pups)

This is Jasmine our 1 1/2 year old pitbull/labrador. We got her when she was 2 1/2 months old. She is my baby. I love her dearly. She is a handful and on the crazy side. Everything scares her. Her favorite bad thing to do is steal food wherever it may be. It gets her in some serious trouble but doesn’t stop her from doing it again. She started having seizures about 7 months ago but she has been seizure free for 5 months. I love her so much.
The 1st pic is when she was 2 1/2 mths, a week of having her. So cute. She was under my desk and she still sleeps there while I’m working. She is attached to me has been since we got her. 2nd Pic is my favorite she is playing her favorite sport, Soccer.
This is our second baby, Elvis a border collie, he is 6 mths old . We got him when he was almost 3 mths. He is my sons dog.
Elvis is such a friendly and sweet sweet mellow dog. He loves and I mean loves tummy rubs. And he has the most incredible Puppy Eye Look. It actually works on everybody. The minute someone talks to him or tries to pet him he drops and rolls on his back so they can rub his tummy. He is too cute and that makes it hard to believe he can be a bully to our other dog Jasmine. He bites and chews on her legs like a bone. He eats her food when she is still eating it and all she does it look at me and walk away. He takes her treats and toys out of her mouth and again she gives me a sad look and walks away. But when they play it does get out of hand sometimes. If anything Elvis has calmed and changed Jasmine for the better. He has taught her to play outside in their big backyard and just lay there when they’re tired. His calmness is so relaxing to me. I love just watching him. Oh, one more thing when we take him to the park instead of playing or chasing dogs, he just sits there so perfectly still and watches them. The other dog owners at the park call him “The Watcher” He is such an awesome dog.

Jasmine and Elvis are adorable ! I am in love with them.These two will keep you young Smallfry.
Those are two beautiful, sweet looking dogs! I love them both! Isn’t it amazing, just how much they add to your life?
Now those are two cute pups! Jasmine is beautiful and Elvis is, well, a ham! Something tells me there is never a dull moment in your house.

How adorable!!! Jasmine is a sweetie. She is so ladylike with her paws crossed like that. I have always had my hesitation about pitbulls (even partial), but Jasmine has dispelled them! Elvis is a cutie, too. They sound like they are good for each other. Thanks for sharing.
I sincerely apologize I have checked out all the pictures of the pets but just haven’t done more than that so I’m putting it all out here–they are all so damn stinkin’ beautiful. I don’t have any pets now just 3 girls (enough said about that huh?) I never grew up with a dog and admit to being a bit scared of them but I love how they are so loveable. Cats are just so cool and think they’re smarter than us, well maybe they are

Love the pic of Jasmine with the crossed paws – Ben Nevis sits like that too. And Elvis is in what I’ve always called the “dead woodchuck position.” Both VERY cute. I remember when you were talking about Jasmine’s seizures in the forums – glad to hear she’s doing so much better.
Aw what a cute pup family. Its nice to see someone that has a pitbull part lab. My neighbors had almost the same kind. Just bre was all white and a tinny black. Such sweet dogs they are.. Elvis your such a sweetie..
Thank you guys. There is never a dull or quiet moment in the house with these two. Luckily for me I was raised with many different dogs including pitbulls. I never had a bad experince with them. They get a bad rap. Yes it been really great with jasmine seizure free. I am so grateful for you guys when she was going through it you guys were so kind and sweet. They are my babies.
