Musings’ Chuckle of the Day~ Uh Oh! There is another Jon in Kate’s Life And He Wants Custody

As reported on TMZ, prison inmate Jonathan Lee Riches who is presently incarcerated at the Federal Transfer Center (FTC) Oklahoma City for wire fraud, wiles away his time by filing lawsuits against celebrities and other public figures. This time he is suing for custody of not only the Gosselin Innocent 8, but Nadya Suleman’s 14.
The suit papers filed on May 28, 2009 list Jonathan Lee Riches d/b/a Bernard Madoff, as Plaintiff vs. Jon and Kate Plus 8, Kate Gosselin, Jon Gosselin, Nadya Suleman, Deanna Hummel, Steve Neild, Cara Gosselin, Mady Gosselin, Hannah Gosselin, Leah Gosselin, Joel Gosselin, Aaden Gosselin, Alexis Gosselin and Colin Gosselin, Defendants.
He filed waaaay too soon as there is no mention of Kate Major, Hailey Glassman or at the very least Blowhan.
Riches states that he and Kate met at a Long Johns Silvers in PA and talked over………..um, octopus. They took a liking to each other and because of their new found friendship, Riches was more than happy to donate his little swimmers to Kate’s (infertility) cause.
However, with the chaotic happenings in Gosselinland, Riches, addressing TLC as the the network that Tortures Little Children (TLC, get it? Ba dum!) and the Gosselins, he wants the little flesh and blood personifications of his donation back and states what the penitentiary can offer them. Quite frankly, he makes a good case considering what the Innocent 8 are faced with now.
Other claims/statements by Riches in the suit are:
Steven Neild used to be HIS bodyguard and failed to protect him
He is seeking a restraining order against Deanna Hummel as she is threatening him on behalf of Jon Gosselin due to naked pictures he has of the both of them and Jon isn’t what he says he is “down there”
He donated his sperm to the Federal Center of Lexington, KY which Nadya used as fertilization and he wants those children too
Riches may be mad as a hatter, but he has certainly got TLC pegged.

He must be one of the people that Kate was talking about during the IMPORTANT interview.. COO-COO’s nest… Is he any relation to BM?????? Perhaps he might be the one sending Kate all the UPS Fedex boxs ?

He and Kate do have something in common, they both are experts at committing fraud.
To me, this kind of stuff is all I would need to see/know to realize that my children were not safe living lives on TV. And while I was thinking this over, I would get them a bodyguard – a real one.

Way to go Kate. This is the type of person to whom your “job” exposes your children. Thanks to you, this man is now familiar with your children’s most personal moments. Potty training, bathing and bowel dis-impaction come to mind. He, too, would seek fame for himself while exploiting your kids. His excuse appears to be that he is “certifiable”. What’s your excuse, Katie??

BTW, I feel sure he could do as good a job at parenting as these two idiots have done. And…he also wants a paternity test done on Bristol Palin’s child. LOL

Holy Shite, Batman! I live in Lexington, KY and had no idea we were the site of such crazies as this guy and Suleman’s activities. Guess I’d better pull my head out of my bum and pay closer attention. I mean, we could have ‘done lunch’!
(BTW, I’d rather do lunch with either the crazy dude or Suleman than Khate any day!)

Me too–I’d take my kids off ANY TV show if this kind of thing happened to arise! You know, I’d probably drop out of sight altogether and sell my house, move to Wyoming or Montana, too!
I think he should get the kids. A prison cell would be more warm and welcoming than the kids rooms I saw on J and K. At least the matress isn’t on the floor and they’d get actual meals.
